# What is SSM Interest Scheme?

The SSM Interest Scheme is a fundraising mechanism regulated by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) under the Interest Scheme Act 2026. It allows companies to raise capital by offering interests in specific schemes to the public without issuing shares.
