# What should I do if there is a transfer limit for DuitNow or FPX?

If you encounter a transfer limit for DuitNow or FPX, you can choose one of the following options:

Download the supporting documents form from the platform before checkout to use as supporting documentation for a manual bank transfer. Then, upload the transfer receipt via the platform to complete the subscription request process.
