# How can I invest as a corporate investor?

To invest as a corporate investor, you are required to submit the following supporting documents to MyKapital admin via email at <ir@mykapital.my>. Our team will facilitate the account registration process before investment activities can commence:

•             SSM Profile

•             Board Resolution ([Download Template](https://storage.mykapital.my/policies/Company%20Investor%20Sample%20Baord%20Reso.doc))&#x20;

•             First and latest (if applicable) SSM Certificate of Incorporation

•             Full name of the authorised signatory

•             NRIC/Passport of the authorised signatory

•             Job title of the authorised signatory

•             Email address of the authorised signatory
